Rates & Policies

• Shopping, delivery & unpacking of goods…..Minimum rate $35.00 + 10% of grocery bill for the first store of your choosing, each additional store is $5.00.
• We recommend purchasing your staple items at Wal-Mart and your fruits and vegetables as well as some of your meats at Safeway.
  When you are craving Eddies Apple Smoked Meats and Butcher shop Specialties we recommend Eddies Country Store.
  There are other specialty stores available and we would be happy to shop there at your request.
• Goods…..Actual Cost
• Credit Card and grocery receipts are provided. This is a mountain/tourist area; costs are typically 5-10% higher than the Phoenix/Tucson Metropolitan area.
• Particular brands may be limited on the mountain and substitutions may occur. GAG will choose the highest quality product available should a substitute be required. If substitutes are not acceptable, please indicate on the grocery list.
• Perishables will be purchased the day of arrival to ensure the freshest available product is purchased.
• Typically, groceries will be delivered and unpacked prior to your arrival. Should there be a delay you will be notified and given a delivery time.
• All cold items remain refrigerated and delivered in a cold box.
• Wine, beer and spirits delivered to legal age customers only. Wine can be specified by type and price range. All alcohol purchases will require a faxed copy of a Drivers License that matches the Credit Card.

• Get Away Groceries reserves the right to retain promotional coupons from the grocery store.
• Additional grocery shopping is available with 24 hours notice.
• We are a bonded and insured service company of Arizona.
• Return of completed grocery list is acceptance of service agreement.
